Rachel Lichtenstein From ICVC activist in Yad L'Achim.
The CEO of The Israeli Center for Victims of Cults (ICVC)
The Israeli Center for Cult Victims (ICVC) was founded in 2006 by Rami Feller, a fact that the ICVC has hidden until today. During the first two years of its existence, the center received more than 2 million NIS from Rami Feller or from "the Ministry of Charity" whom Feller was its sole donor. Those donations constituted more than 97% of ICVC's income. The coordinator of the Center's activities and later its CEO was Rachel Lichtenstein, who previously worked in Yad L'Achim. Since 2006, Rachel Lichtenstein has been working in The Israeli Center for Cult Victims and is responsible for coordinating the work with the extremist organization Yad L'Achim.
Although Rachel Lichtenstein declares herself to be the director of ICVC (a private body with no government support or official recognition), she is clearly connected to Yad L'Achim. Rachel is enlisted in Yad L'Achim activists list, working in the Anti Messianic department.
